Customers from the surrounding Galleria district weave their way around the tables, business lunches in full swing, plates of freshly made sushi arriving in a steady rhythm. Some settle in. Others are watching the clock, needing to get back to the office.
We built our lunch service for both.

The Sushi Wabi combination lunch exists for exactly this hour. It is quick, satisfying, and made to travel if you need it to. Grab a seat at the counter, or call ahead and take it to go. Either way, you are eating something fresh, not something that has been sitting under a warmer.
Tips for a fast, great lunch
- Order ahead online. Your food is ready when you arrive, no waiting.
- Keep it simple. A roll and a bowl of miso is a perfect twenty-minute meal.
- Go for the specials. Ask your server what is freshest that day.
The Galleria moves fast. Lunch does not have to feel rushed. Come in, sit down for twenty minutes, and eat well before the afternoon begins.
