- Prepare nigiri, sashimi, and signature rolls to our standards
- Break down and portion fresh fish daily with minimal waste
- Keep the sushi bar clean, stocked, and inspection ready
- Guide guests at the bar and take special requests with care
What we look for
- 1+ year of sushi or high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Knife skills and a genuine respect for fresh product
- Able to stand for full shifts and work evenings & weekends
- Food Handler certification (or willing to obtain)
